Has anybody been caught out by the Royal Mail's new postage pricing structure which puts sizing before weight? Pretty much messed up our whole shipping methodology for all the stuff that used to go by weight and could go via either normal post or standard parcels.
We now have items that don't weigh very much but hit a higher postal rate band because of their dimensions.
We also have items that are small enough to fit through their new dimensions policy, but were previously too heavy to by normal post!
This has totally messed up our shipping-by-weight on the hundreds of items that didn't fall into courier weight category.
Anyone else facing this new challenge for calculating shipping costs?
