Under heading: "Set up within PayPal" at point 2

My issue is that when I try to save the page with 'Receive IPNmessages' radio button checked and the notification url left blank I get the response: "You must enter a properly formatted URL into the Notification URL field in order to activate Instant Payment Notification."

Any help would be appreciated
