Hi,

This doesn't have much place on this forum, but I noticed that when I login to my Kartris.com account to log a ticket, the dropdown isn't filling with any values and the field is required to submit a ticket--which means I can't submit a ticket.   Can someone help?

I'm not sure if your account still have support cover? I think the dropdown content is populated base on the user account.
