Hi
Can anyone tell me - is it possible to create a product that has both "options" and "versions"?

I do not believe this is possible. Using a dropdown 'option' could you not create the 'versions'? Or you could create a product for each of the planned versions?

What Neil said is correct; product could hold either single version, multiple versions or versions with options.
