It seems that Kartris shows the RRP on a product with multiple versions. That's good.
But it doesn't show it on a product with a single version. I can't think of any reason why there should be a difference here.
Is there a configuration setting that can show the RRP on a single-version product?
If not why is there a difference?

Hi,
There is no config for such type of products to show/hide the RRP, only one config (frontend.versions.display.showrrp) to control the whole site, simply the RRP is not included in the single version products in Kartris 1.3003 and before.
We already added that to kartris, and it will be included in the next release 1.3004 in couple of days.

hi there, i have been trying to find a solution to a problem I have where the RRP is not showing on single version prices only multiple version prices.
The version of Kartris I have is 1.3008. Has the option of showing RRP on single version pricing been reverted to the previous settings?

Hi,
Have just tested v1.3008, and seems to show the RRP for single version products. This setting is there since v1.3004. Can you confirm that the version of the product has an RRP and its not 0 ?

Hi, i have double checked the product and there is a price in the RRP field.
i.e. it's not 0 nor is it blank.

As I expected. The file you've sent me is from an old version of kartris, which is before including the RRP to single version products.
Please, download the latest version from here and update your site.
